Lush worlds, alluring quest lines, and killer gameplay make the best western RPGs the cream of the crop. But, as with many RPGs, there is still the looming threat of a slow beginning. Tedious or boring plot lines, monotonous grinding, or off-kilter pacing can make the intro of RPG games feel more like work than a video game. Nevertheless, getting past those first rough few hours is a badge of honor for many gamers once they get into the rhy


Another game that's had its fair share of development issues, Skull and Bones generated plenty of excitement for its potential appearance at Ubisoft's E3 2021 showcase, but just last month the publisher announced another delay for the project. Because of the timing of the announcement, it seems like Ubisoft wanted to get ahead of the rumors surrounding Skull and Bones ' appearance at E3 and temper expectations. The publisher has plenty of other games to talk about for its show, but it's a shame that it seems its highly anticipated pirate adventure game weapons won't be one of them. The Wreckager comes in at a measly 65 damage, which is a significant amount lower than its master-tier counterpart. Also formerly known as Project Athia , Forspoken is a new IP being developed exclusively for the PlayStation 5 by Luminous Productions and published by Square Enix. While Square Enix has a show, it has already been pretty clear about what exactly it'll be showcasing. While there's definitely room for surprises, because of Forspoken 's existence as a PS5 exclusive , it doesn't seem like the title will be making an appearance. Sony has been notably absent from E3 for a few years now, but the company often times does its own events during the summer. It's much more likely that Forspoken will make its next appearance during a PlayStation event than at E3 2


The first game is a bit different from the following two, focusing more on decision-making and building the universe and characters. The combat and alchemy are significantly different from the other games and take a rough few hours to really get used to, but the amazing plot alone is worth the playthro


I do hope readers will consider reading the stories that have gone before, because I believe they tell an entertaining (if sprawling) story. But all along the way the Fables series has been broken into smaller stories, so that readers don’t have to be intimidated by every other Fables book out there.
