As you make your way through Chapter 1 of Black Myth: Wukong , you’ll come face-to-face with the Whiteclad Noble, a half-serpent, half-human creature wearing a white robe. Even though he is not listed as a Yaoguai King or Chief, the Whiteclad Noble is considered one of the hardest bosses to face in the early game.

Once the Whiteclad Noble is defeated, you will be rewarded with 1049 XP, which is enough to level you up and get another Spark. Additionally, you’ll receive 699 Will, three Yarn , and Jade Fang . The Jade Fang is a special crafting material used in crafting weapons.

As the story in Black Myth: Wukong revolves around the Destined One's journey to retrieve all six of Sun Wukong's Relics, this is where the six senses of Buddhism are realized in gameplay form. With the completion of each chapter, players acquire a Relic with various gameplay benefits inspired by these six senses that can be a tremendous help in Black Myth Wukong beginner Guide Myth: Wukong 's unforgiving boss fights . This is just one of the many ways Game Science has brought the spiritual elements of Journey to the West and Chinese Buddhism to life in the world of Black Myth: Wuko

The boss gets interrupted by light attacks easily, so go all out and don't hesitate to deal as much damage as you can. If he starts dancing or singing, you can cast the immobilizing spell to dish out more damage.

While there is no Journal entry for Fungiwoman , she does have a boss-style health bar and is included in this guide as a result. Players who want to fight her should make their way to the Court of Illumination Keeper's Shrine and then follow these steps:

Players acquire Immobilize at the beginning of Chapter 1 during the mandatory Bullguard boss fight, gifted by the Keeper of Black Wind Mountain. Black Myth: Wukong 's combat is one of the game's standout features, delivering intense, fast-paced combos combined with the incredible agility of the Destined One, all topped off with an array of unique and powerful spells, transformations, and spirit attacks. Besides the temporary transformations, combat spells are divided into three categories: Strand, Mysticism, and Alteration. Each requires its own slot, meaning players can only have one active spell from each category at a time and must visit a Shrine to switch their active spel

At the end of the story, Wukong attains enlightenment and atones for his sins , and the Golden Circlet is removed from his head. The Journey Wukong went through was arduous, and many references to it can be found when playing Black Myth: Wuk

Cloud Step is the second Alteration spell in the game, and many players might prefer it over Rock Solid due to its ease of use and effectiveness. Upon activation, the Destined One leaves a decoy to distract enemies, quickly evades to a safe distance, becomes invisible, and moves with increased speed. Afterward, players can deliver a powerful surprise attack with enhanced damage and a higher critical hit chance, often interrupting and staggering enemies. The longer players remain invisible, the more lethal their strike will be. This combination of defensive and offensive capabilities, along with its low cost, makes Cloud Step a highly versatile skill in Black Myth: Wuko
